Sprememba sistema SUV Spremembe bodo začele veljati 24. decembra 2025, z dnem začetka veljavnosti Izvedbene uredbe Komisije (EU) 2025/2185 z dne 10. septembra 2025, s katero se spreminja Izvedbena uredba Komisije (EU) 2017/ 892 - z dne 13. marca 2017. Istočasno bo začela veljati tudi Delegirana uredba Komisije (EU) 2025/2184, ki spreminja Delegirano uredbo Komisije (EU) 2017/ 891 - z dne 13. marca 2017.Spremembe, določene v Izvedbeni uredbi (EU) 2025/2185, se nanašajo zlasti na postopke v zvezi z zahtevki za priznavanje organizacij proizvajalcev in združenj organizacij proizvajalcev, na način določitve standardnih uvoznih vrednosti po posameznem poreklu ter na višino dodatnih uvoznih dajatev. Evropska Komisija za vsak proizvod in za obdobja uporabe, določena v delu A Priloge VII k Delegirani uredbi (EU) 2017/891, vsak torek določi standardno uvozno vrednost za posamezno poreklo. Standardne uvozne vrednosti se uporabljajo od dneva po njihovi objavi do določitve naslednjih standardnih uvoznih vrednosti. Če je torek dela prost dan Evropske Komisije, se standardne uvozne vrednosti določijo naslednji delovni dan. V Prilogi VII (proizvodi in obdobja za uporabo dodatnih uvoznih dajatev) so spremenjene tarifne oznake kombinirane nomenklature (KN) za nekatere vrste sadja in zelenjave, posledično pa tudi posodobljena poimenovanja proizvodov v skladu s spremembami kombinirane nomenklature za leto 2026, kot jih določa Izvedbena uredba Komisije (EU) 2025/1926 z dne 22. septembra 2025.Spremembe, uvedene z Delegirano uredbo Komisije (EU) 2025/2184, se nanašajo na nekatera pravila glede delovanja organizacij proizvajalcev, obveznosti poročanja o proizvodnih cenah ter izvajanje določenih uvoznih mehanizmov v sektorju sadja in zelenjave. V skladu z novimi pravili države članice Evropsko komisijo vsak ponedeljek do 18. ure (po bruseljskem času) uradno obvestijo o tehtanih povprečnih reprezentativnih cenah in količinah uvoženih proizvodov. Obvestilo se poda za vsak proizvod in obdobja iz dela A Priloge... V obdobju januar – november 2025 je FURS pobrala neto 24.245,6 milijonov evrov prihodkov, kar je za 1.425,6 milijonov evrov oz. za 6,2 % več kot v enakem obdobju lani in za 3.794,5 milijonov evrov oz. za 18,6 % več kot v obdobju januar – november 2023.
