V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.

Nedostopnost sistema EOS EU in eAEO-STP ter moteno delovanje COPIS, CRS, 18. 2. 2026

V sredo, 18. 2. 2026, od 19.00 do 21.00 bo zaradi nadgradnje na strani EU nedostopen sistem EOS in portal eAEO-STP (Portal za pooblaščenega gospodarskega subjekta). Posledično bo moteno tudi delovanje COPIS ter CRS na EU strani ter SICRS in EOS na nacionalni ravni.

Novosti s področja porekla blaga v letu 2026

Spoštovani.

Vabimo Vas, da se v četrtek, dne 26.2.2026, ob 9:00 udeležite brezplačnega predavanja o novostih s področja porekla blaga v letu 2026, ki bo trajalo največ dve šolski uri. Glavna tema bodo revidirana PEM pravila in njihova uporaba v praksi, predstavili bomo vnaprejšnjo kopijo tabele, ki je bila objavljena 1.2.2026 na spletnih straneh EK. Predstavili bomo možnosti diagonalne kumulacije v letu 2026, kako je z uporabo izjav dobavitelja v letu 2026, predvsem tistih izdanih v letu 2025, pravilno izpolnjevanje dokazil o poreklu, novi prostotrgovinski sporazumi in katera dokazila o poreklu se v okviru prostotrgovinskih sporazumov uporabljajo. Veseli bomo vaših vprašanj s področja porekla, ki nam jih lahko posredujete predhodno ali jih postavite na našem srečanju. V okviru predavanja bomo predstavili tudi uporabne primere iz prakse.

Predaval bo Aleš Vrščaj (Ales.Vrscaj(at)gov.si) iz Oddelka za carinjenje Maribor.

Novosti s področja porekla blaga v letu 2026

Spoštovani.
