Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih. 


Mreža modro poslovanje, na dnevnem nivoju, spremlja spremembe iz spodaj navedenih baz podatkov.

    The partners (TAXIN d.o.o.) of the Wisdom Business Network study tax, legal and other business-legal issues based on the study of the case law of the Court of Justice of the EU and Slovenian courts, they must study EU legal regulations and domestic legal regulations, and they must monitor the needs of customers - companies that operate in the Republic of Slovenia and operate also on the so-called international markets.

Evidenci obračunanega DDV in odbitka DDV – 1. 8. 2025

Obveščamo vas, da bo od 1.8.2025 dalje na eDavkih odprta možnost oddaje evidenc preko spletnih servisov, uvoza na eDavkih  in MiniBlagajn. 

Obračuni DDV-O se bodo v skladu s pravili predizpolnjevanja pripravili trikrat dnevno (predvidoma ob 9h, 12h in 16h) in odložili na eDavke med Vložene dokumente.  Davčni organ bo sestavil predizpolnitev obračuna DDV-O za julij 2025 na podlagi evidenc za julij 2025, ki bosta predloženi:

  • do vključno 26. 8. 2025,  če davčni zavezanec ni opravljal transakcij znotraj Unije,
  • do vključno 14. 8. 2025,  če je davčni zavezanec opravljal transakcije znotraj Unije, za kar je dolžan predložiti rekapitulacijsko poročilo.

Če ste oddali evidenci in niste prejeli predizpolnjenega obračuna do naslednjega dne po oddaji evidenc, vas prosimo, da v objavljenih pojasnilih preverite ali bi se obračun moral predizpolniti in nas nato obvestite na elektronski naslov sd.fu(at)gov.si.
