V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.

Predizpolnitev DDV-O na Beta eDavkih

Obveščamo vas, da bomo na Beta eDavkih vklopili predizpolnitev obračuna DDV-O na podlagi oddanih evidenc za obdobje junij 2025 oziroma april-junij 2025, oddanih od vključno 14. 7. 2025 dalje. Samo za namene testiranja v juliju 2025 se ne bo upošteval rok 3 delovnih dni pred rokom za predložitev obračuna DDV (31. 7. oziroma v primeru obveznosti predložitve RP-O - 21. 7. 2025).

Predizpolnitev obračuna DDV-O ter v katerem polju obračuna DDV se upošteva posamezni podatek iz evidenc, je pojasnjeno v dokumentu.
