Obveščamo vas, da je v Uradnem listu št. 5/2026 z dne 23. 1. 2026, objavljen Pravilnik o spremembi Pravilnika o obračunu davčnih odtegljajev. Na podlagi te spremembe so zaradi uveljavitve poročanja o izplačilih članom lastniških zadrug ter dohodkih z INR dopolnjena Navodila za izpolnjevanje obračuna davčnih odtegljajev (REK-O obrazec) z novima VD: VD 1926 Izplačila članom lastniške zadruge in VD 1930 Dohodek z INR.

Seznam zavezancev za industrijsko odpadno vodo (INDV)

V skladu z 18. členom Uredbe o okoljski dajatvi za onesnaževanje okolja zaradi odvajanja odpadnih voda (Uradni list RS, št. 80/12, 98/15 in 44/22 – ZVO-2) objavljamo Seznam zavezancev za industrijsko odpadno vodo po občinah za leto 2025/2026, ki je namenjen izvajalcem obvezne občinske gospodarske javne službe odvajanja in čiščenja komunalne in padavinske odpadne vode v posamezni občini. Seznam je pripravljen na podlagi podatkov iz poročil o obratovalnem monitoringu odpadnih voda, ki jih zavezanci za industrijsko odpadno vodo predložijo Agenciji RS za okolje (ARSO). Na podlagi teh poročil je ARSO določil zavezance za odvajanje industrijske odpadne vode, ki na navedenih lokacijah naprav ne plačujejo okoljske dajatve za odvajanje komunalne odpadne vode izvajalcem bvezne gospodarske javne službe.
