V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.

Dokazovanje države »taljenja in litja« pri uvozu jekla

Uvozniki bodo morali ob vložitvi carinske deklaracije ustrezno navesti državo »taljenja in litja« in priložiti predpisana dokazila. 
Kot primarno dokazilo bo predpisan certifikat o preskusu proizvajalca (mill test certificate), ki mora vsebovati podatek o državi »taljenja in litja« ter številko taline. V prehodnem obdobju do 30. septembra 2027 pa bo mogoče uporabiti tudi druga dokazila, če bodo vsebovala zahtevane podatke. 

Gospodarskim subjektom priporočamo, da se pravočasno seznanijo z novimi zahtevami in zagotovijo ustrezno dokumentacijo že ob pripravi uvoznih postopkov.

Poročilo o pobranih davkih in drugih dajatvah Avgust (2026)

V obdobju januar – avgust 2026 je FURS pobrala neto 19.137,6 milijonov evrov prihodkov, kar je za 1.746,2 milijonov evrov oz. za 10,0 % več kot v enakem obdobju leta 2025 in za 2.696,7 milijonov evrov oz. za 16,4 % več kot v obdobju januar – avgust 2024. Pridržujemo si pravico do popravka podatkov.
